We all have different parts inside of us, the child, the caretaker, and the higher self. I talk about creating a balance between the three selves and guide you through a visualization to access your higher self. Your higher self can give you answers, abundance, and guidance. Use this meditation/visualization to practice accessing your higher self when you need it.
This is a visualization that you can use daily to help your body naturally heal what ails you. It’s best to listen to this episode in bed, lying on your back, but if that’s not comfortable for you then use a soft recliner or chair. This is not meant to be used instead or in place of professional medical treatment, but to enhance your body’s healing process.
I speak with Susan Madden, a woman dedicated to spreading inner and outer peace in our community, and in the world. Susan is a certified meditation instructor, labyrinth facilitator, founder of the non-profit Be The Power of One, organizer of Oakhurst Area for Peace, and creator of the Yosemite Peace Symposium.
This episode guides you through a series of affirmations known as the Metta Meditation or Loving Kindness. You will visualize sending out love and kindness and peace into the world and then receive the same for yourself.
A modified version of the grownup Go to Sleep relaxation, redeveloped especially for kids. Does your child have trouble falling asleep? Try this meditative episode at bedtime after the lights are out, to help them relax and get sleepy.

The point of mindful meditation is to get you to clear your mind of thoughts in the past or future and just exist in the present. If you’re like me, your brain races at about 1,000 MPH and it’s difficult to get it to slow down and just be in the present.
