Sleep is important to maintaining a peaceful life, but some of us have trouble falling asleep because of thoughts or stress or just having trouble winding down at the end of the day. This three-part guided relaxation has helped me fall asleep, and I hope it will help you, too.
Adjust your audio so that my voice is at a soft, comfortable level. If you find you’re still awake after you finish the Reverse Alphabet, then start over at Z and keep reciting the alphabet backwards in your head until you fall asleep. Usually it will happen during the second round!
Please note: because this relaxation exercise is designed to help you fall asleep, do not listen to it while driving a vehicle or doing anything else that requires your attention.
