Each episode of the podcast will cover one subject and how to approach it in peace. Simple as that. Some are thoughts and strategies that I have developed over the years, some are conversations with guests who have fascinating wisdom to share. Start with the Introduction to the Podcast episode to learn more.
All my life I’ve lived in a big city or a suburb of one. And then, in 2011, I made a decision that completely changed my life: I moved to a small rural community in the mountains of California. I had no idea what I was doing, really, I just knew I had to get away from the big city. It’s the first time I’ve lived in and among nature and in a small town.
Throughout the podcast I will be talking about how the small community, the people, the nature, and living simply has brought incredible peace and joy to my life. And no matter where you call home, I’m sure you will be able to apply these strategies to your own life.
There is no religion or specific spirituality in this series. I believe all of these subjects and exercises can integrate with any belief system.
Episodes are not sequential. You can listen to them out of order, and I encourage you to keep them on your device and re-listen to them as many times as you wish.
