In this episode, I’ll give you some tips on how to incorporate relaxation throughout your day. It’s a stressful world! But you don’t have to internalize it. Here are some things you can do to relax:
- Stretch
- Close your eyes
- Look out a window
- Work out, do yoga!
- Connect with nature
- Eat chocolate!
- Listen to music!
- Read a book
- Take a bath
- Chew gum
- Pet your pets!
- Set your devices to switch to “Night Shift” or night mode in the evenings
- Stop negative self-talk
- Don’t put unreasonable expectations on yourself
