When there’s a traumatic event in our lives – whether it’s personal or world – we tend to separate our memories and experiences into Before and After. So now we’re reconnecting and readjusting to our new “After” world. It’s a new world and our culture is changing, but there are many ways it’s changing for the better.
In this episode, I’ll give you some tips on how to incorporate relaxation throughout your day. It’s a stressful world! But you don’t have to internalize it. Here are some things you can do to relax:
- Stretch
- Close your eyes
- Look out a window
- Work out, do yoga!
- Connect with nature
- Eat chocolate!
