All my life I’ve lived in a big city or a suburb of one. Five years ago I moved to a small rural community in the mountains of California. Talk about a change! I had no idea what I was doing, really, I just knew I had to get away from the urban sprawl. It’s the first time I’ve lived in and among nature and in a small town. Throughout the podcast I will be talking about how the small community, the people, the nature, and living simply has brought incredible peace and joy to my life. And no matter where you call home, I hope you can apply these strategies to your own life.
Each episode of the podcast will cover one subject and how to approach it in peace. Simple as that. These are thoughts and strategies that I have developed over the years. They’ve worked for me and I hope they work for you too.
There is no religion or specific spirituality in this series. I’m hoping that these subjects and exercises can integrate with any faith.
Episodes are not sequential. You can listen to them out of order, and I encourage you to keep them on your device and re-listen to them as many times as you wish.
I have now created a Facebook Page for the podcast. Click here to like and follow.
I welcome listener feedback – send me your thoughts about the podcast, your stories, and strategies that YOU’ve developed to bring peace into your life. You can email me at email@example.com.
